Abstract: 

Speaking in Los Angeles at a conference on tax-exempt organizations sponsored by the IRS and Loyola Law School, officials from the IRS Exempt Organizations (EO) Division discussed changes in the division that will promote a “stronger enforcement program” in fiscal 2005. About 2,000 contact letters were sent seeking information on just how the organizations determined compensation levels.
