Abstract:
About three percent of college women will experience a completed or attempted rape during a typical college year, according to this report recently released by the Justice Department’s National Institute of Justice (NIJ) and the Bureau of Justice Statistics (BJS). Probably the most intriguing aspect of this study is that it involved two agencies, two budgets, and two different survey question methods for learning about the sexual victimization of college women.Keywords:
