Abstract: 

DNA Evidence Aids in Rape Conviction In February 1999, a jury found Charles Whitfield guilty of the following: €¢Four counts of rape; €¢One count of attempted rape; €¢Five counts of residential burglary; €¢One count of attempted residential burglary; €¢One count of second-degree battery; and €¢One count of exposure to human immunodeficiency virus.
