Abstract:
Currently, there is a divide regarding whether to allow attorney-representation in student conduct proceedings. This divide exists in the courts and amongst commentators as well. Current legislative movement indicates a shift toward allowing attorney-representation in all disciplinary matters, but many student conduct administrators are pushing back against this shift.Keywords: Wisc.
