Abstract:

A male former student at the University of Rochester, Dylan Routh, sues the university and a female classmate, Sarah Hulbert, over actions that resulted in his being expelled. Routh stated that if the university was going to police consensual sexual conduct between students, the university was obligated to punish both students equally under the policies.
