Abstract: 

Glen Yale’s article, “Preparing a Policies, Practices, and Procedures Manual for a Family Foundation” (article 1 of this issue) makes the case for collecting and organizing a family foundation’s policies and important procedures and practices into a single “PPP Manual.” This article provides a variety of sample policies and procedures that will be useful to foundations drafting comprehensive PPP Manuals including Sample Code of Conduct, Confidential Information Policy, Family-Member Gift Matching Policy, and Travel Reimbursement Policy.
