Abstract:
The last Washington Report focused on the bills that had been introduced in the early months of the 108th Congress. As was the case several months ago, the pace of legislation—particularly domestic legislation— remains slow because of Congress’ continued focus on the war in Iraq, terrorism, judicial nominations, and tax cuts. This Washington Report will update readers on the status of bills discussed previously.
