Abstract: 

This installment of Legislative Update covers aggressive, distracted, and impaired driving. The report covers enacted legislation in 2015, some major bills still active, and other bills introduced since September 1, 2015. All of the federal legislation is still active, but none of the measures have a good shot of being passed.
