Abstract: 

On June 25, the IRS Office of Chief Counsel announced a time-limited settlement offer to certain taxpayers with pending docketed Tax Court cases involving syndicated conservation easement transactions. The IRS will notify eligible taxpayers by mail, so a taxpayer must wait for a letter before taking action.
