Abstract:
Plaintiff, while confined in a Wisconsin jail, attempted suicide by hanging. Officers summoned an ambulance after cutting down Zachary Pulera and thereby saved Pulera’s life. In Pulera v. Sarzant, 966 F.3d 540 (7th Cir. 2020), the court carefully reviews the record and the district court’s decision. It upholds the grant of summary judgement for the defendants.Keywords: Pulera v.
