Abstract:
At the same time the legislature’s task force was studying the general use of GPS, Maryland’s Transitional Offender Program (a division of the state’s Department of Probation and Parole), undertook an evaluation of GPS in managing sex offenders. This study was done with funding through a Comprehensive Approaches to Sex Offender Management grant.
